Maui Hawaii Luau Terms and Conditions
Finding info and good deals for a vacation can be a tough project, and even harder and time consuming once you get here, so you made a good move by checking out Maui Luau Guide. We have links to many great activities and helpful sites. Below we've listed the important terms and conditions placed on activities that are listed on this site.
First off, cancellation policy is a minimum 48 hours before the start time of your tour you must request to cancel in order to get your money back. A 10% cancellation fee does apply to all cancellations. No cancellation within 48 hours will be refunded.
Credit card charges: once you click the button that says I agree to the terms & conditions you are authorizing us to charge your credit card for the amount specified. Credit card purchases will be processed through Maui Hawaii Luau on Maui, Hawaii.
Taxes & Fees: Some tours have different tax rates then others. All Luaus have the standard 4.166% Hawaii State GET.

All destinations are weather permitting, tour operators have the right to substitute machinery and go to alternate destinations at their own discretion. Any activities that have alcoholic beverages included such as a luau with open bar, you must bring a valid photo ID which was government issued in order to consume alcoholic beverages.
You will receive a phone call from our reservation team, followed by a custom confirmation email with your confirmed itinerary on it. Due to Email Spam Filters and time differences, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONFIRM by calling us within a minimum of 48 hours before your scheduled activity if you have not received confirmation from an agent. If you have not confirmed, your credit card will still be charged for your activities. If you are not on Maui, your tickets will be emailed with your confirmation email, you simply print those up and go on your activity. Or you can physically pick them up at the Mana Kai located at 2960 South Kihei Rd. Kihei, HI 96753. The Kihei pickup location is open everyday from 8am to 5pm so it will be easy for you to get them. Please call us once you are on the Island of Maui if you would like directions at (808)879-6704.
At some point in this process you may be asked if you qualify to take a 90-120 minute tour of one of our sponsored resorts in order for us to save you more money. There is no obligation to buy anything, and if you do, under Hawaii State law any purchaser has A SEVEN DAY RIGHT OF RECISSION OF ANY TIMESHARE SALES CONTRACT. The Maui Luau Guide wouldn't recommend these if they weren't a great way to save you money. It is an excellent way to learn something new and save a bundle, so keep an open mind.
